Salary is the only best part, they give you salary what you asked. After that you forget your personal life, health, mental peace, family. "If you want ONLY money than it is right place for you."

Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.

I have been offered less salary than what has been promised before interview IN HR interviews said I will be responsible for L2 BUT given L1 ( I have 10 years of experience) In HR/ manager interview dint informed about late evening/ night shifts 😴 They conduct some exams for employees after training it's nothing but harassment Harman HR are not transferent while recruiting employees 🙄

Dislikes

When there is financial decisions like voluntary deduction from salary, they will not communicate properly. Will not accept for negotiation in notice period when in project. If project is not allocated with in couple of months they will not even wait for one more month. And the projects they will show internally will not relevant to your work for sake of showing the number to you.

Company turned out to be service now. management is concentrating on pleasing higher management. no employ care . HR's talk to you only during entry on exit from company. No one cares about employees over all growth.

I got an opportunity to write project from scratch. Work is challenging with huge pressure from management.

Dislikes

... hard because I never seen a developer completing the tasks in 8 hours a day. Other then salary there are no company benefits provided.
