There is mismatch with my pf amount. I have tried to connect Relationship manager and other senior Hr's but they never attempt my call. No promotion. No increment. Only fake promises.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

they just make you believe they are good company and supportive but they are not.

they black mail you without reliving you when you got offers. also they demand you money to pay they will not settle your final salary, they are rude and not responsible. they are not running company they are just running dandha.
