The only good thing about Harita is the connection to the client it has. If you are places in a good and reputed client, you'll gain a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

The HR department is abysmally poor with terrible attitude. Forget timely salary credits, they have excuses every month for the delay. The appraisal procedures are lengthy and unnecessary and very low.

Everything depends on the company you are deputed, It has good clients, They will help you get new job if there no project with current client

They will place you in client locations. No job security.

HR will never give response & never lift call. Leaves will not carryforward. Some time salary will not get on time.. We need wait until they pay.

Work culture depends upon which client you are going to work. Also no new learnings you ll be supporting the client design team. Food & transport depends upon the client location

Since it's service based company they get good package from client & give us a partial amount.

Harita is hiring employees from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges, rather than looking only at tier1 college, which I liked about it.

Dislikes

Working culture is very bad, which is not like MNC company. Benefit wise, salary hike wise every thing is poor. They won't care about employees queries. This company is all about digging the employees hardwork for their own benefits.
