...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot of work and management is not good work for our career. Career growth is very slow

...engineer he/she can have a good exposure towards sheet metal, plastic & foams. Good & decent package for freshers Training for freshers are good, nice pleasant weather

Dislikes

No innovation, 95% bench marking, no team outing, no plm,no coordination within internal departments, have to do others work which means other departments work like PED, development sometimes as an operator

> Water dispensing machine will be always in repair condition > Employees desk & cabin will be horrible > Chairs will be broken > Rats dead foul smell will be in the office- Nobody cares, it normal

Harita is one of the leading manufacturing company for seat and seating products in automotive industry . It has good working culture and don't worry about job security. We can learn lots. It's a great place to work within my experience

Dislikes

Most of the time we can't leave on-time from work place due to senior people. They don't take responsibility to complete the task
