Work environment very negative. Career growth gone downward. Health insurance zero. Job timing 8.30 am to 7.00 pm, but not get any additional. Leave calculation changed frequently as per mood of higher management.

...e management team dont want to address any issues or improve company management. Sometimes salary on time,sometimes salary late, career growth is slow. No proper training is given to new joinees.

It's very bad management of company. Not any work planing. No equipments testing Doing jugad by management. management do whatever they want to do and like without logic and engineering calculations. Career growth reduced after join this organization.

Dislikes

Every thing. From owner behavior and mood swings. No planning to execute work. No product testing before giving to customer. Lie to customer about thier work process. No fix work timing. Even on Sunday and on some public holiday company is running and Complesory need to come. No job security. Never done salary on time.
