Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The company is a public limited company but owned by family. The work was normal and the pay was average.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but there is no growth. The boss never appreciates your work. The work culture is very poor. You cannot go home without permission of boss even if you have no pending work. The boss can call you even on Sundays for just 10 mins of work and you cannot refuse. There are no public hoildays except Holi.
