...days they asked the articles to serve that period also while leaving the firm. For paid assistants, they show a lot of politics male domination and they 7PM - 8PM is optional for girls but they deduct salary for that time also. They just use and throw fresher candidates by hiring them at cheap cost. You have to work even on sundays and holidays. Phones are kept in lockers and we have to ask permission for going to breaks. They give works to experienced candates only. They do not care about employee health and deny leaves saying its season time. season time is for the firm but not for employees why should they work if their health is deteriorating. No casual and sick leaves allowed. If you absent for one day even for that one day salary will be deducted. salary calculated on hourly basis. There is no one to learn from in JH office. BB office is far better than this. Experience letter will be issued default even if we work 1 or 2 months in any company. but here they refuse to issue the same saying that we did not promise such letter at the time of interview. If any normal procedure is not allowed they have to say at interview time, but they do not say any rules at the time of interview. Pl. enquire before joining.

I went through a paid assistant in Jubilee hills branch 2months ago. where I worked on interesting tasks and met great people as a team under the leadership of Vivek sir at very beginning. now I have the confidence that every student or recent graduate or any other students having necessary qualifications wanting to advance their knowledge, without any doubt, should choose Hari Agarwal and associates. From the very first day in the firm, I became part of a very friendly and professional team. I am grateful for the opportunity to gain practical skills , get new knowledge and deepen my expertise in practical areas. I am sure that all the knowledge and skills gained in the course of my daily work have provided invaluable experience and will certainly help me in the future. Hari Agarwal and associates is a team of professionals, who at the same time are wonderful people respecting each other and appreciating the work and recognition of alloted work done. I am very glad to be lucky enough to become part of such a team! I am very grateful to my colleagues for always answering all of my many questions patiently and honestly and availability in busy working time Moreover,I am very thankful to Vivek sir giving me an opportunity as a paid assistant and beleive me as a trustworthy, to prove myself as a enthusiastic to learn and workaholic. Nothing to tell and no major drawbacks are found, when you have a specific vision of learning and improve yourself as professional,small issues is not considerable because when you encountered such issue you have to you face it, think about how to resolve and analyse it and resolve youself and convert such adverses into positive vibes, also favourable towards you if it is possible. Further more, if you don't want to face such small issues or if it is big in work place and also in learning how can you face challenges or obstacles either in professional career and personal life.

Makes to work a lot and asks to work beyond the hours and there are no leaves and public holidays are also not given properly. Sundays are also working. After working does not provide the experience letter and even after stopped working need to visit multiple times to office to collect the documents. Working in hari agarwal and associates is very stressful they always put blames on below employees. Lot of politics. Salary wil be provided on hourly basis and even one leave is also not allowed if we take atleast take one leave Salary will be deducted. Works will be provided ony to seniors who has done repeatedly. Phones are kept in lockers after reaching the office.
