There is always some problem in salary calculation. It's like every month u have beg for your own hard earned money. And this firm is the epitome of politics

They are enjoying every festival like family. They provide good salaries for CA articles.

Some employees who are working here for 8-9 years are playing bad office politics and Haren sir is not aware of this.

My very first firm I joined and its amazing. People over here are very co operative and helpful. Also the exposure is great where seniors take it upon themselves to clear out points that may be a bit difficult to understand and are always easy to approach at anytime. All in all an amazing place to work where people and their special days are valued helping them feel special.

Dislikes

Nothing at all. What more would you need from a firm that treats its employees as family and always strives towards personal as well as overall development.

the only thing good about this company is that there were no overtime

all of it. no increment or promotion. too much of politics and favoritism. team leaders have a typical boss attitude. FYI all the 5 stars that u see is from the current employees, haren sanghvi himself tells you to rate 5 stars.
