If you want to get insult on daily basis, please join the company. Many talented people have already left the organization due to this. 15. Worst working culture ever seen in my entire life. 16. No professionalism and still they deduct Profession tax, why ? 17. Accounts head cares only about GST, she even make a rule that no one can take leave during 01-10th of every month kyun ki madam ka GST jana hota hai. 18. The culture is extremely high stress with zero work-life balance. Advice to management : No advise as they cannot improve in any case. Just one thing please do not play with someone's career. People who left the organization are REALLY HAPPY now.

The Company is really very good. I have learned many thing from Hardtrac. It's a company where you can always gain confidence in yourselves the working culture is also very good. Friendly staff really had a good experience with Hardtrac Company. We are also rewarded with a good appraisal according to our performance in the company.
