Nothing from Harding Side, their organisation is working under some speculation, like every will think some one will do the work for them, for Joining of employee paper work will be always delayed , an sometimes becoz of this delayed employe miss the ship, becoz on time the didn't provided correct paper work

...ry single their, so it means they do it intentionally. Salary never on time , In my 6 months contract they never paid salary on time always delayed by 1 week or sometimes even more, always new excuse, you can't trust these people's whether they will give your Salary or not after such a huge hard work, an if Harding says this comment is lie, I have all papers with me

A very good company to work for with helpful staff . Training and company policies also are good .

You need to pay for one way travelling every time you join . Management should listen to staff issue and find solution.

been with the company for over 6 yrs, learnt different work cultures with different managements on board.

Consideration should be made in a basic pay hike every contract post completion of 3 contracts. seen people who have breached during a contract even after informing the authorities been promoted to higher positions. sometimes couples working together in the same team ( supervisor & subordinate ) others miss out on growth opportunities due to preference & partiality. Also, newcomers whether on an operational post or trainee towards higher operations should at least work for one contractor before taking over the higher post. Seen a lot of unethical work undergone with such ones. Feedback by the end of the contract to management at the head office should be submitted about the manager. Area managers need to understand the employees from ground level with regards to feedback given by ship managers coz of a lot of misleading info. the above is my feedback which is mentioned to be genuine for your perusal.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There managers are very bad they use abusing language in store and there behaviour is very bad, Company should provide some product training to there satff, they don’t know any thing about any product.
