Nothing from Harding Side, their organisation is working under some speculation, like every will think some one will do the work for them, for Joining of employee paper work will be always delayed , an sometimes becoz of this delayed employe miss the ship, becoz on time the didn't provided correct paper work

Punctuality, Worthiness, They said hotel charges will be paid by them, when reached hotel, they said you have to pay for know, becoz their card is been declined , I mean what is this, we are on, a foreign Land, an after stay we got to know payement is declined an before checkout we got to know this, I thought it is genuine error, but the same error was reported by every single their, so it means they do it intentionally. Harding the company should know what manager's are doing onboard in ship. Manager like AMIR HAULIC from Bosnia Is super rude racist I have been humilited discriminated..he even abuse the staff Most of the time during operational hours when the boutique is open he is in crew bar drinking. Once he's in boutique during operational hour in the influence of alcohol staff been harrassed by him.
