...d have gained a lot off knowledge and I am very happy to work in this place.....but still here is less salary compare to other organizations.....in one word "I Am loving it" a lot....

Here we build a career growth.... And traveling is also not far it is convenient....weekly off and above assistant manager there will be a extra two week end off for a month to spend some time with family and this opportunity will not get in other organizations....

It was great to work with McDonalds, While doing my Engineering I used to work as Part time Employee. They used give Training Every day. The work culture and People in Mcdonalds are very Excellent. All the process are systematic .You will get to learn the Managing Skill and Behavior. Its a every learning in McDonalds.

There was no compensation and Growth also very slow. You need to Spent many year to get the Growth. A small mistake can take your Job.

It's good to work here with this company but as a department of M&R salary structure need to revise since my senior technicians salary almost meet my salary and need to fix some work issues . 1. Work balance : Flexible working hours is going sometimes good and sometimes bad like as a department of M&R always need to be available that is very tough to do since when what will happen we need think need to react immediately . Comparing other brands its good to work here 2. Salary & Benifits: There is we are getting less salarys only but based on levels changing its good only but whenever we need to get some respect from others salary need to revise and some benefits 1.. pramotion: Whenever we are doing hard word then we will get Company culture is good here like working all levels as friendly manner Good in skill development by taking own learn we can improve skills easy way

Pramotion: need to recognise people on this particular department on faster way to get motivated Work balance : not able to take proper week off here due to department is like that always need to do support since in this Maintenance department this need to do balance . Work satisfaction is missing after doing very hard work due to not doing recognise people Need t conduct sessions for skill test individual people atleast 3 months once to get calculate skills and improve their self

People are nice and collaborative. Lots of opportunities to take on new work and do different things. Senior management is accessible.

... expectations They are not willing or open to change and modernize processes. Compensation and appraisals are poor.

When i newly joined the company as a crew member i remember in what way i was being molded into being a good employee. Learned alot from this organization. Teamwork, punctuality, foodsafety, customer service, etc. Are the major things i learned from here.

Dislikes

I personally believed that McDonald's should have worked on their salary part. Because i believed the salary was quiet less compared to the work we did. But now i have also read somewhere that McDonald's had taken an initiative to look upto the salaries of the employees. And that's a good thing.👍🏻
