Couldnot find any Pros in Company. As they keep calling themselves as Start up from last 4 years

...ies which dont have any plan for their own product and for their employess. 1. No Fix time for salary 2. Management changes your profile without asking you 3. Toxic Environment for Employees 4. No proper management for office 5. Company was established in 2018 but still call themselves as start up for number of resons 6. I was hired as Senior Quality Analyst but they moved me for sales and Implementation without my concern 7. Management keep changing policies as per there mood 8. They have tendency to hold salary after employee resign. It has happened with me and other employees too. 9. They will sign bond from you by saying its just normal process and later when you resign before you bond duration they will threaten you by saying they will take legal action on you 10. You have to wok as company needs not as per your profile.
