New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Birthday cake ceremony in every month for employees.

Negative environment, no growth, No future nowadays, showing alot of incentive , but give only chiller and some times , Bawa ji ka thullu. Only the upper level person got the higher money. And the person who s selling the vehicles got like nothing.iam also that person who earn alot of incentive in starting days. When they sold only 70-100 cars,But at present company selling 200-350 cars in a month. But they are giving like nothing to sales part. Many persons are left harbir just bcz of this reason.
