I love the fact that I was part of if a team that makes reliable. In this university my colleagues were so cooperative and very helpful in all aspects. University is very well connected with transport connectivity.

Dislikes

First two years, it was good. After first contract, staying with university is not advisable. Taxation of35% is applicable to the faculty those who are staying after two years. Professional development is not available. Sometimes internet is major problem. Sometimes three to four months without internet we have to survive.

İnfact, Haramaya University is my best University in Ethiopia. Has good working environment and culture. ESPECİALLY the new management is transparent and more supportive for staffs.

Somewhat far from the city.

I was working in the university while I was studying my first degree. In that instance, I have acquired essential skills and knowledge both in working in the university and learning the academic discipline. In that case I found the university to be awesome place where one can learn and improve life and intellect.
