You get a lot of freedom to do things your way as there isn’t many people to support or guide.

Dislikes

They don’t pay salary on time. They pay as late as 2 months and it’s not very right place to work if you’ve your finance planned. During reimbursement they create an issue and make a mess by blaming you for no reasons as if you’ve spend money not for company but by yourself. Even after leaving the organisation I had to chase them for 3 months and then after 4th month I got my final salary of last two months.

Except compensation. Nothing was up to the mark. Unnecessary extension with newer positions, the hierarchy will be always busy in one or the other meetings. Total work and life balance was imbalanced. People who are in higher position are unaware of practical things on ground. Simply torture and humiliate the middle management front line and field staff. The business is not so great OR unique. So many challenges are there in the field.

The torture and un practicle words by the senior staff. Senior staff are always try to shoe that they are doing something. But the torture affects the teams in cascades

1. Transparency in all departments. 2. Unique concept of working. 3. No salary deduction in lockdown. 4. No any firing in lockdown and after lockdown. 5. Great Support system and M&E Department.

3 days working and WFH are the two perks and could be beneficial for some people. Rest all puppet stories.

Dislikes

Organization is full of characters, you will find them at every corner and surprisingly sitting on crucial positions. Everyone get themselves involved in every goddam thing and once screwed up they will simply show their backs. This organisation is for those who doesn't want to use the brain or believe in a policy i.e. Do as I say ! If you are not one of them better to stay unemployed, please mark my words.
