The physical environment is sort of good. Some team leaders are good. Other are good on your face.

Dislikes

Salary is good but the growth is very much slow. Their teams are not on same page as in if TLs convey you to do something and then monitoring team will say that this is wrong n all. Also no job security. If they want to remove you, they'll give any excuse n resign you.

Everything I appreciated about Haptik was from when I first started working at the company.

When I joined the organization, it fostered an open environment where employees could freely share their thoughts and ideas with leaders or relevant stakeholders. However, over time, this culture has shifted, and employees now hesitate to voice their concerns, fearing potential repercussions such as job insecurity.

I joined haptik in Jan 2024 as APM working under Abhishek Ahirrao and Madhan Mohan. In just span of 6 months I got to learn alot. Even my hiring process was very smooth when I joined HR team was very supportive and kind. Worth joining if you like to learn and grow.

Challenges in Tech. People and culture. Understanding Managers. No boaring work, new day -> new challenges. Personal friendships at office.

Nothing different than typical startup, so it’s fine. No complaints.

Work culture is a mess and totally micromanage environment specially by the head of HR. If you open up for the right thing you are targeted, if you try to utilise your skills you will be treated like a dork.
