...the company. Bulk resignation is going on due to ill mannered higher management. They hold employees salary without any reason. I pray Happy Easy Go shut down soon.

Only manager Jatin arora He is soft spoken and concern about agents No one else Even all others dont know how to speak employees and expect from us that we should speak in manners to customer If the environment will not cool how the employee handles customers in cool manner That is the reason Heg cs team is worst

...k for 1 min they will ask for meeting for that I think this is only corporate If u will be absent they will not deduct your leave ,they will deduct your salary It is worst than any company Even they hold the salary Team leaders think that he is god and all the things is in hands

This company works on air tickets & hotel. Team meats are very good helpfull and sopportive. Work environment is good. You can balance work life. There is no job security.

Compensation is very low & growth also slow. I have to extend my work hours when need to company but I get half an hour let then company deduct half day salary.

Non customer focused organisation.... targetting their personal profits above all. You can understand the gravity of situation when they don't tend to refund the failed transaction amount intentionally... obviously it's a china back company
