The place is understaffed and one place is expected to do everything (even if you have no prior training or knowledge for it) and that too without any extra pay. These people do not take medical leaves and certificates in consideration, instead put false charges on you for faking your illness. Sacking employees is a trend here. They may sound sweet but do not fall in their trap.
