...l. School policies are good. Day to day learning is also a part of new learning. Salary is good nd incentive is also excluded. Most important part with happy hours school is job security.

The school administration is very much interested in providing quality education to their students. They make strategy and discuss with the staff about the growth of students. I love being part of tgis place.

Likes

The work culture is worst, one subject teacher managed 10-11 classes and mother teachers have 3-4 classes to take care.

Dislikes

If you don't have anything else to do in life then you should join it. Work life balance is not there. Mental harassment will always be there.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
