Salary hikes are very poor . Again in actual salary they will cut down too many aspects that hike will doesn’t matter with existing salary and increased will become almost the same .

...s false or irrelevant. Please don't go with Glassdoor reviews. About appraisal.. you will get a good pay if you are favourite to manager or if you are from mindtree Blame games. People who really do hardwork they are the ones to be kicked out. Rest of them will be safe players

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

They have Good Projects. If working for a client and work going on smoothly then nobody from Happiestminds side will bother you. Leave freedom is there. No Dress code anything you wear.

Salary structure is not that good. Hikes are also not good. sometimes if client is not good then nobody can help you.
