Being a small to mid size growing org. HM gives open opportunity to learn and grow, to work without restriction. Also some of the practice and Delivery managers here are like true leaders who always think for their peers.

Personally nothing as such(may be salary they hire for can be one little concern)

Work culture, friendly environment, good benefits, job security, decent promotion

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

Apart from working in assigned project, manager asks you to help and support in other projects unofficially and gradually invites you in client call and daily scrum call also. On top of it, whenever required, HR invites you for taking interviews without even checking your availability. As we work using client laptop, we don't get time to check HM mails or teams frequently. To my surprise, I have even got calls from HR to take interview right away while attending a party, driving or even on leave.

Have been working here fir 7 months now. They hired me at a good competitive package (15.5 LPA for 5.5 years of SQL DBA with azure experience). I was selected at same time for other mentioned companies but TCS, Infosys, Accenture and NTT Data could not offer matching package. My interaction with people here (Practice manager, Project manager, Delivery manager) till now is good.

Dislikes

I will be talking about DBA practice here (7 months till now, joined with 5.5 years experience) Looks like they have small projects. Ranging as small as 3 months. So there is no stability for employee. As projects are small, there are no team. You are only DBA for the project. No senior or lead to discuss doubts with. They promised me for Azure project but pushed me where ever there is vacancy. In my case it was still worse. Client needed developer and they allocated me, administrator. This was delivery managers mistakes as he did not clear it from client as to what resource they needed. Client said DB resource and he just allocated who ever is available from DB side. Now it was clear for what the situation is. So they asked me to handle client till they hire a developer. And I am handling client since 2 months.

I have been working with Happiest Minds Noida for 2 Year now, I found this organisation deal with good clients. Requirements are quite challenging and that leads to a good skill growth with particular domain somebody is working with.

Dislikes

...Work Overload and Over pressed to work for 10-15hours for a long period of time. Salary Growth is not good at all & less skill growth opportunities .
