Very dishonest management, HRs are rude. Assigned me to a different project than what i was hired for and when approached they were very rude about it. Please dont spoil ur career.

...re are many managers for single project . Many of the employees in bench only. Salary wise they give good only .

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

Dislikes

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

Work culture is good still that also depends on manager whom with you work.

Salary hikes are very poor . Again in actual salary they will cut down too many aspects that hike will doesn’t matter with existing salary and increased will become almost the same .
