Salary hikes are very poor . Again in actual salary they will cut down too many aspects that hike will doesn’t matter with existing salary and increased will become almost the same .

Good work environment & thier policies. No other activities if u are at any place rather than bangalore.

Management doesn't address your issue if you are at client place. Not providing good salary if you are at cheap client place.

supporting covid 19 is not just only providing work from home. they are deducting the salary, Variable pay component. on top of that COVID insurance policy add on is given but again that amount is deducted from salary. when company is not paying VP since April 2020 then, cant they just afford an insurance policy for an employee.

I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!
