Management especially delivery Managers can understand the people pain and reality rather than only be client side and working only for client and having unrealistic expectations on the project team. Most of the project managers are always panic about client and pressurising the team.

Very dishonest management, HRs are rude. Assigned me to a different project than what i was hired for and when approached they were very rude about it. Please dont spoil ur career.

...re are many managers for single project . Many of the employees in bench only. Salary wise they give good only .

I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!
