At a global level company is quite good and offers opportunity to learn and enhance your trading skills but very less opportunity in India to upscale your position and promotion etc. due to limited man power and overall hierarchy system in India office . At hanwha you can become jack of all trade in petrochemical and chemical which in some sense may be good for your career but tough to focus only in selected product lines.
