Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's a very good company .like the company atmosphere and organisation behaviour of. There is no pressure under on employees .the managers closely and be patience with us. And more security for all employees in the night times if work is more.thank you

Actually there is no growth to me because of that is total business type company it's not suitable for me am BTech graduated so I realise after long time gap .so little bit of I dnt like otherwise it is very good company
