Here especially SQL DBA manager (Sunder Reddy) ..He doesn't know how to treat colleagues and playing with employees career.... He doesn't know corporate work culture

Company provide good benefits i.e. health insurance, internet reimbursement, company’s laptop, WFH, Cab facility from Noida sector - 18, Leaves, comp offs, and so on. HR are very supportive. If you find any issue with any policy or leaves they will definitely help you. All departments have good work culture. If you are in HRO, you have to work 8 hours a day, so your working days will be 6. If you are a career oriented person, so you should apply in cloud, HR, sale, DCM etc. But never apply in HRO

...iate you have to work in HRO department. There’s no growth in this department. Salary is very low as compared to other departments. If you are satisfy with 15–16k salary then you can go for it. No growth, increment is very low. There’s no opportunity in HRO department. You can’t enhance your skills in this department.

Very unprofessional and ill-behaved staff including HR and operations

Dislikes

No respect, no job security, not good salary and other benefits and very unprofessional HR and operations departments. Not a place for the one who wants to grow and not involving in chit chatting, I am suggesting you if you have worked here more than 5-6 months and still working, you are wasting your precious time here.

hanu is the best organisation I got chance to work with. For them we are like family- here people cherish work when you don't have work to do go out and play they don't limit you to the work. If I talk about learning and career growth then Sky is the limit. From just a survey executive I become account operations manager in span of 1.8 month. I got proper training and support to perform and achieve.

Salary hike, you never get what you expect so easily

Work-life balance and motivation they give to their employees for their extra ordinary work

Dislikes

Unjustified salary package they offer and least importance to skill upliftment of non-IT staff. Their main focus is IT, staff. HR is with a typical mindset they are strict about In and Out timings you have to be in office for 8 hours 40 mins at least.
