Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Please librarians don't simply fall for the name this institute just need someone to put their best without getting job satisfaction.they will take a approaches only because hod is itself comes from an approach,they won't give you job permanency also

I had a very great experience here and i have learnt many new things from this institution.. if i will get an opportunity to join this school again it will always be my first priority.. The staff was excellent and always like a helping hand for every one..
