Hansa green good company if your package is enough to maintain 3 months convence of your own expenses. Second thing is pampering person required here due to management keep his own thoughts of working style .In 3 months you have to give bussiness mom growth.

Company is having financial issues, salary is not giving on time, and their sales figures decreased by month on month due to poor management system. Job is not secured for any job role,, any time they may ask you to leave the job without any compensation. Don't spoil your career.
