Few good employees make it easier to stay here. And company gives a chance to the freshers, however at a very low pay.

Dislikes

Low pay, compared to the industry standards. No clear management on what has to be done by whom, it becomes chaotic somtimes. Office politics is really horrible, atleast I experienced it.

Likes

They proudly hire freshers for roles that typically require experience. Not because they're eager to nurture new talent, but because it's all they can afford.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. Very less pay. Nowhere close to the market standards. Doesn't permit employees to use their own leaves. Not recommended for someone with >2 YOE

Likes

You get to work on multiple projects and technologies and also the team has been supportive all the time. The crowd in Cequity is below 30's and hence atmosphere is cool.

Dislikes

Pandemic changed many things. Work life balance have been worse and pay cut, low appraisals have made things worse. Asking for a leave becomes a sin and you end up working on weekends.

An organisation with no job security and no work life balance. 10 days into lockdown of covid 19 and they announced salary cut for all the employees.another 15 days and fired almost 50% of the employees. and all these becoz a non existent management/leadership team who keep screaming and shouting at teams but are themselves incapable of doing a single work.
