Hankook is a Korean company where your manager wants you to work minimum 12 hours a. Day. However there are 2 weekly days off but your manager wants you to work on Saturday also as he is also working. So no life with family.. They have a military culture.. I hope you can understand.

Dislikes

They make you work like labourers.. At first they promise a salary then after joining they make 20% of your salary as bonus and that can be given only after finishing 1 year. There is a manager by the name of oh Min waa, he is been there to make other employees life hell.. He is a bully at work place. I will not recommend anyone to join them.. Horrible experience of my professional life.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
