Periodical professional development programs helps a lot to update and implement new innovative technologies in the classroom environment.

Dislikes

Having good concern about student development and discipline but couldn't achieve those with the help of parents. Lack moral values exists through out the country but the steps taken to improve moral values should be part of system and routine. Everything is in the form of files but not in much actions.
