Job security is like if they find that the candidate can't develop themselves after a stage they transfer them to another department. Work culture is great they take care of eachother in the company.

There is no describe of roles and responsibilities. No space available in shoop floor. High work pressure, no proper job allocation. Subordinate not supporting . you can't working 8hrs, every day I am working minimum 12hrs,

This company security to all management staff all so very worst corrected, no body's not give the respect, especially the BHARATHI-HR very very worst corrector & worst behavior. No benefit.
