Few employees are wasting time and getting salaries without doing work and taking responsibilities , Nobody is controlling them and nobody is observing

I like the the way of working process , it is able to understand every one who works for the company . got salaries as on date without any delay and as well got increments as per sources

Yes I like working with the HOT good work environment and culture. But kindly informing you that in the lockdown I requested the management for work from home due to i am suffering from major disease ( TB and Diabetes ) from month of Feburary but i didn't get the support from management, it's very difficult to me survive with family this four month without salary in lockdown , still i am suffering from Diabetes and i didn't get the support from management.
