I am working here from past 5-6 years. Definitely, there were some challenges and deadlines at the start but with the guidance and co-operation of team leader we've always met our targets. Most of the employees working are here from the last 10-15 years, so I am experiencing a very friendly atmosphere. People here are very professional and like everything to be perfect and who are not capable enough spread baseless rumors. I have learned many technical things and still learning. Hope, I will workT many more years with this company.

I didn't like anything about this company. So much pressure they put on designers, it's not tolerable. Partiality and buttering is so much over there. If you are ready to do buttering then it's good for you, otherwise the head designer is the main culprit. She needs a lot of makhan. Just because of her I quit that job.

No extra money was given for over time. So much mood swings the head designer had.

Honestly I didn't like anything about this company but their compensation/salary is satisfactory. Who can join...? Anyone who is badly in need of money and doesn't have self respect, can only work there even for more than few months. Because the work environment in this company is the worst in the whole industry. And that's for almost each department, the design head, the senior designers, the showroom manager, the accountant, the sale's girl. Now you may think that how could everyone be wrong. May be the problem was with me. No dear! That's not the case here. Actually the main problem is with the owners who don't like to interact with any employee. They only interact with few certified sycophants. #DesignStudio The Design head is a psycho lady, who is not at all a Designer but knows few softwares and Pinterest. She will keep on spoiling your days because of her moody nature. She tries to dominate the designers with full power and controls each & everything of the design studio that shows her insecure nature all the time. She keeps grudges and behaves so badly as if you are a labour not a designer. I feel so lucky & blissful that I moved on in couple of months. I feel so pity for those designers who are still working there due to their needs and helplessness! I never ever recommend this company to anyone!
