Its an worst company , people wont think or work professionally , everything they will take personally. Its not an system oriented company,...No job security if they don't like the person they will through out immediately without any notice ,..

No Job security , and its not a career growth company,... they will use the person till their requirement once their requirement was fulfilled or get any new person old person will be thrown out as a garbage with 1000000 lies

1.Torture from top management 2. Any one who joins here will be thrown out of company within 90 days 3.work life balance is zero 4.No proper training to the field workers and poor work is being executed 5.One can see new people are joining every week and they are being absconded within 15 days.Even though you try to build your carrier,The plan has already been set to remove you within 3 months

Habit of holding employee salaries. They wan't except resignation, purposely not giving experience / relieving letter if they won't continue with them. They don't want to clear FnF and many people are in line up. If you have Bank balance sufficiently, then join with them
