No Benefits any kind of, not supporting staff, not responding from company to employee on time, there is no rules n regulation for junior staff or mid staff, the manage behavior is too cheap n dirty with lady staff.

...for more than one year and my personal experience is horrible with this company. It is not at all an employee friendly company but it's main aim is to cut salary for unnecessary reasons. Salary payment is always late, no pay slip is provided. There is no job security and working environment is also very poor. No paid leaves are provided not even a single paid sick leave but rules are flexible for some employees and not even a single penny is deducted from the salary for leave taken by such employees.

Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.

BVG treatment of the vendor is nothing short of a nightmare.Despite receiving services, BVG consistently fails to pay vendors on time or even after prolonged periods, leading to financial strain and harassment.This unethical behaviour not only tarnishes BVG's reputation but also reflects a blatant disregard for the hard work and dedication of Its business partners,

I have been working for past three months and didn't received salary of August and half salary of September. HR Rinku at janpath office is paying no heed to my problem and they are also not releasing my arrer which is about Rs 30,000.
