I joined here as a Software developer, two years back..My team lead is extremely supportive. Gather good knowledge by working on several projects with a great team.

For few months we are not getting salary ontime...Now the issue has been solved & getting ontime salary.

I try to find some good Points. But I failed first time in life. Terrible Experience in this company.

Try to Ignore .But lots of Negative So I Can't. Negative Points:-- 1. Never Give you salary on time. 2. Give you salary in three Parts like you November month salary part 3 comes in mid Jan. and Jan in march 3. Work life balance sucks every time ask to work on weekends 5. its not regular 9 to 6 job. you have to work 9-10 and if urgent issue you can get a call midnight 2-3 am. 6. Even on Festival holidays you have to work. 7. No any kind of bonus and appraisal lots of points.....Soon

... join as developer and work as developer, tester, project co-ordinator, even HR. You dont get salaries on time even after 2 months you won't get your full salary.

Work culture and ethics were excellent. Supportive team. Great Work-Life balance. They even gave Diwali bonus which wasn't expected.

Dislikes

I was expecting a hike or bonus at the completion of 1 year as stated in the contract, but the IELTS project got shut down as it wasn't profitable for them.

...ake. Micromanagement by Managers and Team Lead. Projects are always on deadline. No Facility, No Device, No Internet Bill, No Allowance, Low salary, Office Politics.

Dislikes

Late hour work culture is normal. Working on weekends is normal. Late salary sometime 2-3 months delay.
