Training provided gives you the ability to work at other Hilton Hotels without going through the same training.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

This specific hotel (not general Hilton) was run as cheap as possible, and many severe issues were overlooked. For example, coffee pot dumped boiling water everywhere, s- harassment claims not taken seriously, roof leaks patched and never fixed, etc. Hilton standards are much higher, and the business was good. The General Manager was a penny pincher. The S- harassment mentioned is still going on, and the same individual even harasses guests. Glad to be gone.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
