I am working from the last 12 years. This is growing profitable cash rich company. Management is very good and salary credited in bank by the end of month. HOD provides freedom of work in professional manners there is no interferance of day to day working. I feel overall job satsisfaction.

Too much favouritism, bureaucracy, biased behaviour, old management (with limited scope for young talent or new ideas to come in). No emp benefits like mediclaim, wfh). Alternate Saturday working (1st and 3rd and 5th Saturday working, which makes it difficult for employee to attend to personal banking work). Promotions are based on managers impressions about you and not your performance. Limited or no work life balance. Formal dress code.

Even he said to management inform to each and every employee if they require any medical help for family also company will be provided.
