Senior level management like asm not work his work properly and only ask employee to do his target and achievement no any support from manager side.

Poor working culture. Very bad management. No promotion people are working on same post and salary from years. Politics & Flattery is given much more weightage than knowledge and hard work. You must have connections .

Management is not supportive. They don't give any appraisal and salary hike is just minimal. No appreciation for good work from management.

No appraisals. No salary revision. Management didn't address our issues.

Job safety as tough for them to find another and most of the time the position is vacant.

...to get sales and growth. 5. Seniors are rude and misbehave if you disagree. 6. The pay and allowances are very poor and still like 1990s.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
