Only best thing about the company is the five day week.

Very terrible management, poor salary , too much internal politics, some people work like donkies and get nuts and others sitting eat cakes, the owners are good but not aware of ground realty, they are fooled by some ground personnel who make a lot of money.The HR department is worst with no policies.In some divisions the like transport the amenities are not fully paid since they don't know how to calculate amount (especially poor drivers).The company deosnot have relevant work permits as the Omani govt has reserved many positions for omanis , the result is that when ever a check of govt officials happens they catch these employees and take their labour card, due to this they get stuck in oman as the employer puts a case against the Govt.Treatment to the employees are very harsh. Employee accommodation provided by the Company is very bad and also heard of very sinful acts like homosexuality is prevelent there..Better don't join this company...

The company is good and we have good management here. I love to be a part of this team.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very slow. Sometimes the work pressure is high. We have to work 24/7 as we have rig moves nad we are not given overtime for that which is not good for an expat. The operations manager is not much qualified.
