The opportunity to interact with people from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds and also sometimes, being included and involved in a lot of clinical environments which is a great learning opportunity.

Lack of career progression and consistent salary upgrade. Very little structured learning & development and, performance management is still in its infancy.

Salary difference for local contract and overseas contract.all r doing same job.no ticket,no housing allowance....nothing .20 yrs I worked there. I was getting only basic salary and transportation. I spent almost half of my life there.

As I am working past years I improved a lot in career,I could take part in learning online quality training, leadership and change in position by working as a acting charge nurse.
