Terrible work culture, every time they ask for admission of your references even you are in non sales profile, owner has no sense of talking, it is an educational company, but the employer talks like a roadside carpenter, they expect to do everything without any training, no job security at all, everytime they starts conversation with threat to your job, you have to use your personal mobile no to call students and parents, they don't provide any no or even reimbursement, if you are late to reply in 5 minutes they deduct the salary of two days
