This is hire and fire company. Do not join this low profile company. Micro management. No work life balance. HILT Team with worst management.

You are not directly working for Halma, but you are working for a company which is already occupied by Halma. Which is called an operating company. So, you have to keep both the companies happy somewhat.

It's a good when it came to work life balance, the environment of the office is very good and there is close to no internal politics. 90 days Peternaty leave Free health insurance. It's a very old and diversified company .

Dislikes

Management pretend ths it's listen to the employee but it will not reflect on the ground . There is very less hike, investment on employees and promotion.
