...y need. Wherever i work i always be balanced to my personal life and to my work. The basic pay of company is good but there is no career growth.

Politics and there is no learning from others to grow up.

Company gives good opportunities to prove your competency and compare to various companies gives good salary/appraisal.

Company is not open to innovative. It has worst middle level management (a few undeserved Managers manage the Projects). And the Organization is biased towards a few employees (relatives/friends)

I have been working for this organization since 2021. Joined as a support executive I decided to upskill and get into web development. I approached the management again to let them know I am familiar with the web development and asked if they have any role for me. With few assignments they gave me an opportunity again to start working for them as a software development intern. If you are skilled and committed they appreciate it and provide variety of paths for you to grow.

Company is good but treating an employee is too bad here.... They need to maintain Sir, Madam policy..... Work wise it is good to work but team leads and leads they play games..... Not at all useful for married people.... Just they hire and fire depending on company needs..... More and more internal politics

Rohith Kumar Lakkarsu he is an Account Manager and plays regional feeling a lot.... He doesnt know how to work in really fast pased recruiting industry.... Too much micromanagement..... Mahesh Avadutha he is working as HR in this company in this company from past lot many years.... He just needs Sir.... He feels like he is the boss of this organization..... This two people are spoiling this company reputation and work culture..... Rather than this the organization is 100% employee friendly and has good future as well.....

Horrible organization and employees hired are corrupt and involved in lot of illegal activities apart from working in the organization. Recently joined Team Lead and Recruiters in US Recruitment come from unstable organizations and not doing their work properly and giving false information to the candidates.

The whole organization is not good and is not a genuine company.
