Everything, specially father son duo, even king cobras are less toxic. Stay away from them if you don't wanna ruin your career, mental well-being etc. I doubt if there is any organisation worse than this, it is not even an organisation, more like some old fashioned 'godi' run by a bengali who acts like a wannabe marwadi, with zero business and civic sense. Dictatorship is visible in every level of this organisation.
