The higher management asked for my Senior to find a fault during work so taking that point into consideration they can Terminate me.In India the Halliburton management is very bad .There was one guy who committed suicide. because of the managment

Company culture and safety is great. Your whole salary and bonus will depend on the contract with the client.if its a good contract you will get rotation even if you work in the base, Offshore bonus is low compared to other peer companies.

Dislikes

Sudden decision on cost cutting will affect the employees who have overtime and extras allowances. Cost cutting means they will try to cut overtime

I liked the most about the salary and some good learning apart from that nothing makes you happy in the company.

There is no job security and work satisfaction and no work culture. You feel like you are working 24*7

Nothing special. The pay was high and just a few nice colleagues that I can rely on.

Deadlines, stressful working environment. The work pressure is very high. Multi-tasking and less coaching from superior.
