...ement is transparente. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are favor and they give good salary hike and bônus every year.

There is a lot of polítics and the management doesn't address out Isaura. Salary os decent but varrer growth is slow. There is a bnd of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training os nota vivem to new joinees.

Company culture and safety is great. Your whole salary and bonus will depend on the contract with the client.if its a good contract you will get rotation even if you work in the base, Offshore bonus is low compared to other peer companies.

Dislikes

Sudden decision on cost cutting will affect the employees who have overtime and extras allowances. Cost cutting means they will try to cut overtime
